Inspired by traditional Vietnamese street hawkers, Gánh reflects the harmony between resiliency and delicacy.
Like the hawker carrying their livelihood on a single pole, the design draws from the image of a basket filled with goods, suspended by a thin yet strong string. Though the rope bears the weight and the goods provide substance, they depend on each other to maintain balance—just as the hawker relies on both strength and finesse to navigate the streets.
The interplay of thick and thin strokes symbolizes how even the lightest elements can support bold, striking forms, mirroring the balance at the heart of this cultural tradition.
